Cody is a realtor in the Niagara Region.  Prior to becoming a Realtor, Cody had a successful career in building a local construction company.  This encompassed the marketing, construction, and management of residential construction.  This strategic management, financial expertise, and residential construction knowledge make him the perfect Realtor to help clients buy, sell and invest in real estate.

Cody is also an investor in real estate. He currently holds 4 multi-family investment properties in southern Ontario. He is passionate about real estate investing and growing wealth. Cody uses the BRRRR strategy to buy properties, renovate and hold them for profit. 

Cole Hutchinson Consulting Ltd. was created to help like-minded beginner Real Estate investors start, grow, & scale their portfolio's the right way. Cole has been able to successfully help countless rookie investors across Canada get into either their first BRRRR or Fix & Flip property and have it turn out a huge success thanks to one-on-one guidance.

He has been successful at building power teams of contractors, real estate salespersons, mortgage brokers, etc. across Canada to help assist his client's needs to make sure they are getting the best results with the least amount of headaches.
